قادت وزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية جهود تمكين وتفعيل شراكة استراتيجية بين "إي أم أكس" التابعة لسفن إكس (7X) وشركة "إمبالا (EMPALA)"، المشروع المشترك بين الوزارة وشركة "باكت"، لاعتماد الدراجات الكهربائية ضمن عمليات التوصيل، لا سيما في خدمات الميل الأخير، بما يعزز خفض الانبعاثات ويرفع كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة.
ويأتي التعاون ترجمةً لدور الوزارة في تطوير الأطر التنظيمية الداعمة للتنقل الكهربائي، وتمكين الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص، وتحفيز تبني حلول النقل النظيف في القطاعات ذات الأثر المرتفع، وفي مقدمتها قطاع التوصيل الحضري الذي يشهد نمواً متسارعاً بالتزامن مع توسع التجارة الإلكترونية والخدمات اللوجستية، بما يسهم في خفض البصمة الكربونية وتعزيز كفاءة الطاقة في قطاع النقل.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، ستوفر شركة إمبالا أسطولاً من الدراجات الكهربائية المصممة خصيصاً لبيئة التشغيل في دولة الإمارات، بما يضمن كفاءة الأداء في مختلف الظروف المناخية، ويسهم في خفض استهلاك الوقود والانبعاثات المرتبطة بعمليات التوصيل اليومية. وستعمل إي أم أكس على توظيف هذه الدراجات ضمن عملياتها التشغيلية، بما يدعم جهودها لرفع كفاءة عمليات التوصيل داخل المدن، وتعزيز الاعتماد على حلول نقل أكثر استدامة ضمن شبكتها اللوجستية.
وقال سعادة المهندس شريف العلماء، وكيل وزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية لشؤون الطاقة والبترول: "تأتي الاتفاقية ضمن جهود وزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية لتسريع التحول نحو أنظمة نقل مستدامة ومنخفضة الانبعاثات، من خلال مبادرات تنفيذية تدعم التحول العملي في القطاعات ذات التأثير المباشر على البصمة الكربونية، وفي مقدمتها قطاع التوصيل، وإن تعزيز استخدام الدراجات الكهربائية يمثّل خطوة نوعية تسهم في خفض الانبعاثات وتعزيز كفاءة استهلاك الطاقة".
وأضاف: " نؤمن بأن الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع القطاع الخاص تشكّل ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق مستهدفات الاستراتيجيات الوطنية، وتمثل شركة إمبالا نموذجاً وطنياً لتمكين التحول نحو التنقل الأخضر، من خلال توفير حلول متكاملة تشمل المركبات الكهربائية والبنية التحتية الداعمة والنماذج التشغيلية المستدامة، بما يرسّخ مكانة دولة الإمارات مركزاً إقليمياً رائداً في تبني تقنيات النقل النظيف".
من جانبه، قال طارق أحمد الواحدي، الرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس (7X): "يمثل التعاون خطوة مهمة في مسار تطوير حلول لوجستية أكثر استدامة وكفاءة، ويعكس أهمية تكامل الجهود الوطنية لتسريع تبني نماذج تشغيلية منخفضة الانبعاثات. ومن خلال إي أم أكس، ندعم في سفن إكس (7X) نموذجاً تشغيلياً أكثر مرونة واستدامة، يوازن بين كفاءة الخدمة والمسؤولية البيئية، ويدعم جاهزية منظومة التوصيل في دولة الإمارات للتحول نحو وسائل نقل نظيفة وقابلة للتوسع. وهذا التعاون يعكس إيماننا بأن مستقبل الخدمات اللوجستية سيُبنى على الشراكات النوعية، والتقنيات العملية، والقدرة على تحويل الالتزامات الوطنية إلى أثر ملموس".

وقّعت إي أم أكس التابعة لسفن إكس (7X) اتفاقية مع إمبالا بدعم من وزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية لاعتماد الدراجات الكهربائية في عمليات التوصيل، خاصة خدمات الميل الأخير، بما يدعم الاستدامة ويخفض الانبعاثات ويرفع كفاءة النقل في دولة الإمارات.

As part of its role in developing regulatory frameworks that support electric mobility, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) has facilitated and enabled a strategic partnership between EMX, the logistics arm of 7X, and EMPALA, a joint venture between MoEI and PACT Carbon. The agreement aims to integrate electric bikes into delivery operations, particularly in last-mile services, supporting the transition toward greener mobility.

This initiative is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to lead the transition to a sustainable, low-emission transportation system, in line with the UAE Net Zero 2050 Strategy and the UAE Energy Strategy 2050. It also reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enabling private sector partnerships and accelerating the adoption of clean transportation solutions in high-impact sectors, most notably urban delivery, which is experiencing rapid growth alongside the expansion of e-commerce and logistics services.

Under the agreement, EMPALA will provide a fleet of electric bikes specifically designed for the UAE’s operating environment, ensuring efficient performance under varying climate conditions. This will contribute to reducing fuel consumption and emissions associated with daily delivery operations. EMX will deploy these bikes within its operational network to enhance the efficiency of urban deliveries and increase reliance on more sustainable transportation solutions.

Eng Sharif Al Olama, Undersecretary for Energy and Petroleum Affairs at MoEI, said, “This agreement is part of the Ministry’s efforts to accelerate the transition to sustainable, low-emission transportation systems through practical initiatives that drive real transformation in sectors with a direct impact on the carbon footprint, particularly the delivery sector. Expanding the use of electric bikes represents a significant step toward reducing emissions and improving energy efficiency.”

He added, “We believe that strategic partnerships with the private sector are a key pillar in achieving national strategic objectives. EMPALA represents a national model for enabling the transition to green mobility by providing integrated solutions, including electric vehicles, supporting infrastructure, and sustainable operating models. This further reinforces the UAE’s position as a leading regional hub for clean transportation technologies.”

Tariq Al Wahedi, Group Chief Executive Officer of 7X, said, “This collaboration marks an important step in advancing more sustainable and efficient logistics solutions and highlights the importance of integrated national efforts to accelerate the adoption of low-emission operating models. Through EMX, 7X is supporting a more flexible and sustainable operating model that balances service efficiency with environmental responsibility, while enhancing the readiness of the UAE’s delivery ecosystem to transition toward clean and scalable transportation solutions. This partnership reflects our belief that the future of logistics will be built on impactful partnerships, practical technologies, and the ability to translate national commitments into tangible outcomes.”

أعلنت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة الرائدة في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، عن إطلاق «أوتولوجيكس» (Autologix Smarttech LLC)، الشركة المشتركة التي أسستها مع زيلوستك، الشركة العالمية المتخصصة في تقنيات المركبات ذاتية القيادة، بما يؤكد مكانة الإمارات كوجهة عالمية لتطوير وتطبيق تقنيات النقل الذكي، ويضع أسس منظومة لوجستية متكاملة تعتمد على المركبات من المستوى الرابع لنقل البضائع بين المراكز اللوجستية في الدولة.
وستقوم «أوتولوجيكس» بنشر أسطول من المركبات الذاتية المصممة خصيصًا لنقل البضائع دون سائق أو مقصورة قيادة أو عجلة توجيه، ما يشكل تحولًا جذريًا في القطاع من الاعتماد على الشاحنات التقليدية إلى حلول أكثر سرعة وأمانًا وكفاءة بيئية. وستغطي المرحلة الأولى عمليات النقل الوسيط داخل دولة الإمارات لصالح «إي أم أكس» (EMX)، الذراع اللوجستي لسفن إكس (7X)، تمهيدًا لانضمام غيرها من روّاد الخدمات اللوجستية، مع خطة تدريجية للتوسع إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط، وتطوير حلول مستقبلية تشمل التوصيل للمرحلة الأخيرة، والشبكات المتنقلة للخزائن الذكية، وربط التدفقات اللوجستية مع الشحن الجوي، بما يعزز سرعة وكفاءة العمليات التشغيلية ويدعم جهود تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية.

ومن جهته، قال كونغ تشي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "زيلوستك": "يُجسّد تأسيس الشركة المشتركة مع سفن إكس (7X) محطةً بارزة في مسار الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين الجانبين، ويعكس الثقة الكبيرة التي توليها سفن إكس (7X) لقدرات «زيلوستك» التقنية وحلولها الشاملة. كما يؤكد التزامنا الراسخ بدعم التحول نحو الخدمات اللوجستية الذكية في دولة الإمارات، وتوسيع حضورنا في أسواق منطقة الشرق الأوسط. وبصفتنا من الرواد العالميين في قطاع المركبات ذاتية القيادة، فقد قطعت مركباتنا حتى اليوم أكثر من 50 مليون كيلومتر من التشغيل الآمن، ونسير بثبات نحو تحقيق انتشارٍ عالمي يتجاوز 20 ألف مركبة بنهاية هذا العام."
وأضاف تشي: "نتطلع إلى أن تسهم «أوتولوجيكس» من خلال تعاونها الوثيق مع «إي أم أكس» في تقديم حلول نقل أكثر أمانًا وكفاءة، تُعزّز ريادة سفن إكس (7X) كمبتكرٍ عالمي في قطاع البريد والخدمات اللوجستية."
وقال ليث طهبوب، المدير العام لشركة "إي أم أكس": "تمثل شراكتنا التشغيلية مع «أوتولوجيكس» خطوة متقدمة نحو تبنّي الجيل الجديد من حلول النقل الذكي في منظومتنا اللوجستية، إذ تتيح لنا المركبات ذاتية القيادة من المستوى الرابع تعزيز كفاءة عمليات النقل الوسيط ورفع معايير الأمان والاستدامة في الأداء اليومي. وينسجم هذه التعاون مع التزام إي أم أكس بدعم توجهات دولة الإمارات في تطوير البنية التحتية للنقل الذكي، وترسيخ ريادتها الإقليمية في تبنّي الحلول المستدامة التي توفّق بين السرعة والكفاءة والمسؤولية البيئية."
ويعزز هذا الإنجاز مكانة دولة الإمارات كمختبر عالمي لتطبيقات النقل الذكي، ويؤكد التزامها بقيادة مستقبل سلاسل الإمداد والخدمات البريدية والتجارية على المستوى الدولي، عبر تطوير حلول مبتكرة تعزز التنافسية، وتدعم خطط التحول نحو مدن ذكية واقتصاد منخفض الكربون، وتضع معايير جديدة للسلامة والاستدامة في قطاع النقل.

7X, the trade, transport, and logistics group, launched ‘Autologix Smarttech LLC (AutoLogiX), a joint venture established with Zelostech, a leading global company specialising in autonomous vehicle technologies. This venture lays the foundation for an integrated logistics ecosystem, which leverages Level 4 autonomous vehicles to transport goods between logistics hubs across the country, underscoring the UAE’s position as a global hub for developing and deploying smart transportation technologies. 
In phase one, AutoLogiX will deploy Level 4 autonomous vehicles, which are specially designed for seamless cargo movement with no cab, steering wheel or driver. This marks a significant milestone in transitioning from conventional vans and trucks to faster, safer, and more sustainable solutions. In its initial phase, the venture will primarily support the delivery operations of EMX, 7X’s logistics arm, within the UAE, paving the way for other logistics pioneers to join. A phased expansion plan will follow, extending to the GCC region and the wider Middle East region, with future solutions including last-mile delivery solutions, mobile smart locker networks, and logistics flow integration with air freight, further enhancing on-time performance, enable off-peak operations, and reduce emissions per parcel.

وقّعت سفن إكس (7X)، المجموعة القابضة الرائدة في قطاعات التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة الإمارات لمحطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية (UAEV)، أول شبكة وطنية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية مملوكة بالكامل لحكومة دولة الإمارات، وذلك على هامش ماركتها في معرض جيتكس جلوبال 2025. وتهدف المذكرة إلى التعاون في مجالات التخطيط والنشر والتشغيل والترويج للبنية التحتية لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، إلى جانب دعم مبادرات التحول نحو أساطيل صديقة للبيئة وتعزيز حلول التنقل المستدام في مختلف أنحاء الدولة، بما ينسجم مع الرؤى الوطنية الرامية إلى تسريع تبني وسائل النقل النظيفة وتمكين أهداف الدولة في مجال الاستدامة، فضلاً عن دمج منصة "وين"، صندوق البريد الرقمي لدولة الإمارات، كحل رقمي آمن يتيح تعزيز تفاعل المتعاملين وقنوات التواصل وتقديم الخدمات بكفاءة.

وقال طارق الواحدي، الرئيس التنفيذي لسفن إكس (7X): "إن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يعكس التزامنا الراسخ بالمضي قدمًا في مسار مستقبلي مستدام يرسّخ مكانة دولة الإمارات كوجهة عالمية رائدة في التجارة والنقل والخدمات اللوجستية. ونؤمن بأن التحول إلى أساطيل صديقة للبيئة واعتماد حلول التنقل الكهربائي يمثلان ركيزة أساسية لاستراتيجية بعيدة المدى، لا تقتصر على تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وخفض الانبعاثات فحسب، بل تمتد لتشمل الإسهام في بناء اقتصاد أخضر قادر على المنافسة عالميًا. ومن خلال هذا التعاون، نسعى إلى وضع نموذج إماراتي متفرد يدمج بين الابتكار والاستدامة، ويسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات "نحن الإمارات 2031" ومبادرة الحياد المناخي 2050."
من جانبه، قال علي آل درويش، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة UAEV: "يمثل تعاوننا مع سفن إكس (7X) محطة مهمة أخرى في مسيرة شركة الإمارات لمحطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية (UAEV) نحو تسريع انتقال دولة الإمارات إلى التنقل المستدام. ومن خلال دمج البنية التحتية المتقدمة لشحن المركبات الكهربائية ضمن شبكة سفن إكس (7X) المنتشرة على مستوى الدولة، نحن لا نوسع فقط نطاق الوصول للسائقين الأفراد، بل ندعم أيضًا عملية التحول نحو المركبات التجارية الكهربائية في جميع أنحاء الدولة. ويعزز هذا التعاون مساهمتنا المشتركة في تحقيق رؤية دولة الإمارات للوصول إلى الحياد المناخي بحلول عام 2050، وتعكس التزامنا ببناء مستقبل أنظف، أذكى، وأكثر ترابطاً".
ويأتي هذا التعاون في إطار التزام الطرفين بترسيخ مكانة دولة الإمارات في ريادة مسارات التحول الأخضر، ودعم استراتيجياتها الوطنية المرتبطة بالاستدامة والحياد المناخي 2050، حيث يفتح آفاقًا أوسع لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية وتخفيض الانبعاثات الكربونية وتحقيق قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد الوطني. كما يسهم في تمكين المتعاملين من الاستفادة من بنية تحتية حديثة لشحن المركبات الكهربائية، وتعزيز حضور الدولة كنموذج عالمي في دمج التكنولوجيا المتقدمة مع الممارسات المستدامة.

7X, the trade, transport, and logistics holding group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emarat EV Charging Stations Company PJSC (UAEV), the first electric vehicle (EV) charging network fully owned by the government of the United Arab Emirates, on the sidelines of its participation in GITEX Global 2025. 
The MoU creates a framework for cooperation in planning, deploying, operating and promoting EV charging infrastructure across the UAE. It aims to accelerate the transition to environmentally friendly fleets and enhance sustainable mobility solutions nationwide. The agreement supports the UAE’s strategic vision to advance the broader adoption of clean transportation, attain national sustainability objectives and integrate digital innovation through ‘Wayn’, the UAE’s secure digital P.O. Box, as a secure and efficient channel that improves official customer communication channels and service delivery. 
Under the agreement, 7X will support UAEV in expediting EV adoption through its National Network for Logistics (NXN) and logistics arm EMX, leveraging its extensive network of service branches and logistics centres across all emirates. The collaboration will facilitate the establishment of integrated charging stations to streamline last-mile operations, reduce emissions, and strengthen the EV charging infrastructure in key locations. The partnership will also drive adoption of sustainable practices across the logistics operations of 7X and its partners. 
The partnership will explore opportunities for additional services, including parcel locker integration at charging stations and smart mobility solutions, to enhance customer convenience and reinforce the value of the national EV charging network.

7X has signed an MoU with UAEV to develop and expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the UAE, supporting sustainable mobility, fleet electrification, and the transition toward a low-emission transport ecosystem.
